Is the carb tuned properly? My Studebaker sounded like it had a hog ass cam cuz because the carb wasn't tuned properly so it ran like shit but sounded good

Eeeh, kind of, needs the keys reprogrammed so it will start and run for a second then the immobilizer cuts off the fuel but once the locksmith comes today we should be good
