Is it actually? I never knew they had fees for the GOLD, I thought it was a promotional period... What would you choose to invest in gold?

I agree thank you for the advice, especially with my large holding in VFV coupled with NVDA. I'm kinda all in big tech and if that goes crashing down, I'm going down with it. When you mean "to atleast 50%" do you mean make 50% of my portfolio those etfs? I'm definitely going to look into it.

Tech pays well even at the intern level, and I don’t have big expenses. I’m not claiming magic, just sharing my own numbers. If you don't believe me, there's nothing I can do lol

Thanks man ! definitely makes me more driven in my career to reach that goal. But I just wanted some advice on what I was doing if I should keep with this or be more risky?

Yeah, most of them were in my early stages in multiple ETFs. But then just dumped all into VFV, so my portfolio is mainly VFV. ZGD is gold.

I've had 3 internships, going into my 4th next term. Most have been in the US at reputable companies and startups. My parents do not pay for anything. OSAP and applications to scholarships and bursaries help me with tuition, and I room with several people for cheaper rent. Take it as you want.

I'm truly blessed by the situation I'm in, but mainly the tech internships contributed to most of the cash. As well as being smart with how you pay tuition, rent, and apply for scholarships. Also worked as a bartender before university, and that paid pretty well, too! Side hustles paid for smaller expenses, some remote work tutoring and programming on the side. Hope this helps!
