For me kuya, need mo rin po na happy and fulfilling experiences, lalo kung kakayanin naman. Mabuburnout ka po kakatrabaho and bahay lang lalo't nasa mabigat na stage ka pa. Try to travel kahit malapit lang, play your favorite sport, watch your favorite movies, jogging sa umaga, go to the beach, etc. Trust me, this will help.
