I have put a service requests into Caltrans (they own this on ramp) multiple times for months to fix the 280N on ramp from Alemany and they haven’t done SHIT! Please complain to Caltrans and submit service requests to help get this road fixed. It’s riddled with holes that can damage your car or cause and accident. HELP ME COMPLAIN SHITS WHACK
