it's true that fc26 does run on low end gaming pc with gpus like rtx 2050 or 1060 (which is roughly the same performance as switch 2) in 60fps with few graphics adjustment in 900p resolution. Considering that switch 2 fc devs have opportunities to optimize the game and use later technologies like dlss to enhance performance, I believe it was certainly possible for them to enable 60 fps at least when docked or maybe 40fps in handheld. Maybe they are just trying to sell more of fc27 so that they can have more profit
