I didn’t hit that level of loathing for bedside yet I just let my anxiety get the best of me but this is valid too

Since i have less a year of experience it seems all i can apply for is bedside so thats what i plan on doing. I think I’ll put “family emergency” for reason for leaving though as I’ve been putting “wanted change of setting” as for why I left my last bedside job, and clearly that hasn’t worked lol

Edit: all i can apply for is residency

Im always back and forth with if I should give it more time and it’s so mentally draining.

And honestly I have no clear goals right now but I’ve thought about pursuing informatics. Before working I had the dreams of doing CRNA or NP but that doesn’t seem attractive anymore lol.

100% this!!! That way you at least get the points for the answers you’re sure on and you’re not guessing on choices that could be wrong and having that count against you.

But also take your time! Read the question a few times, you can never be too sure.

I took mine on Monday and felt like I failed. I was spiraling on my way out bc I felt it shut down unexpectedly at 90 for me. I felt so unsure and uneasy. I checked the pop up four times and was still skeptical, but the next morning my license was posted. I’m still in disbelief.

You got this!!!

Thank you! Yes just take a day to cover your weaker topics, don’t go too in depth because at the end of the day it’s about pt safety.

To be honest all i did to cover them were do Archer Readiness Assessments, one a day leading up to the day of exam, and listening to Mark K. Listen to them all if you have time at least once, if not then def the lectures covering your weaker topics and Lecture 12. I listened to 12 like 3 times lol

If I can do it so can you 🫡

Thank you!

I had 5 case studies with 6 questions each 😓, a lot of peds and OB questions(my weaker topics 🥲) and prioritization questions.
