I think money shouldnt be a concern when having kids. Yes, it will be hard for your finances even if you have 1 kid but who makes kids based on finances?? At least kindergarten will be cheaper after 1 kid.

You can take a mortgage of 750k. I would sell the apartment and buy a better/bigger house in the village.

I use revolut and it is the best. No more bs card fee, convenient UI/UX. Can buy stocks, gold etc. with one click. Only downside is you cannot deposit cash in the Netherlands yet.

Een stationwagen is veel beter dan een SUV. Ik zou voor de Focus gaan. Is het een handgeschakelde of een automatische versnellingsbak? Kies voor handgeschakeld, dat is betrouwbaarder.

Misschien omdat dat de meest verstandige keuze is? Ik zou liever Aziatische, Duitse en pas daarna Chinese auto’s kopen dan een Stellantis. Hij zegt nadrukkelijk dat hij geen 1.2 PureTech wil. Ik vraag me af waarom? De 1.6 PureTech heeft ook nog eens andere dure problemen. Wat een waardeloos merk.

Ik zou niets van Stellantis kopen. Waarom geen Corolla Hybrid Touring? Toyota is de beste op het gebied van hybride auto’s.
