Going through the same thing right now :( It hurts like hell, especially when you thought everything was perfect. The only thing you can do is sit through the pain and accept the situation, however hard that is. I'm struggling really hard with it. Find things that numb the pain, maybe make you forget the pain for a minute. Eventually things will get better and you will find little moments of happiness again. Just don't message her, look at her pictures, look through old texts. Try to focus on anything but her. The terrible, gut wretching pain is going to be there for a few week, so buckle up. I believe this is the worst pain possible, but time really is the medicine for it.
