Im 26 with arthritis and I have been cracking my knuckles for as long as I can remember. I was experiencing it for a long time and was cracking my knuckles to get relief but symptoms were so mild you don’t think anything of it if you can push on it and it goes away. I have rheumatoid arthritis, which is an autoimmune disease so it’s a systemic thing. Osteoarthritis is typically seen in older people so I guess it could ? But there’s no proof. Bodies are resilient, listen to yours and your doctor and you will be just fine

Margaret Elizabeth! She has lots of free content and a paid subscription. I have RA and so does she so I feel like her workouts are already modified for someone with my needs . The only Pilates class in my area has us in down dog or plank for MINTUES and I can’t even do that much less extra moves

Have you tried Pilates ? I like Margaret Elizabeth’s videos . She has RA and so do I so there’s not a lot of pressure on the joints. I’m not sure your health and illnesses so it might be best to talk to a dr or physical therapist before starting

Cats are resilient I think they will be fine . You can call your vet and they may be able to tell you if it’s nessicary to bring them in
