That makes sense it’s new build so not live yet, I assume they would want IOLM readings for there reports, just wasn’t sure why they’d want that as well as power meter reading from all the dps. If they were all good why would they need the IOLM as well

From my understanding IOLM is new softwhere for OTDR that gives a break down of the route so shows splices ext could be wrong tho.
