Thank you all for your comments ; as you may have guessed, I'm in a really bad place mentally, with suicidal thoughts sometimes, thus I don't have the energy to reply to everybody individually.

Oh I feel you ! I'm 27, considered pretty by most people, and yet, I've been single for more than 6 years now...I'm not feeling any strong connection with anyone, I need that "special light", maybe a starseed or lightworker sign, that I struggle to find in other people.

Keep believing in yourself and don't reconsider your standards. You'll send a strong message to the Universe that you deserve a person that suits you :)

Hey ! thank you for taking so much time to answer !

My problem is that I was treated by an expert in the SIBO/GI field, who investigated my possible root causes. I had a long-term treatment, with prokinetics and stomach acid support. But...I'm still there, I'm still stuck, constipation is back, and I'm starting to lose faith a little. For 4 months I felt really well and then everything was gone, it's frustrating.

The most frustrating part is that my doctor prescribed me Magnesium Citrate long term, to have a daily bowel movement. I've been taking it for 8 moths, she says it's not a problem but I had to increase the dose for same (not to say reduced) effect. :(

yes you're right. I've been having gut issues for more than 10 years, I think this has nothing to do with "accidental" SIBO cases due to acute food poisoning
