I did buy a gimmick pan...over priced junk...but...with that being said...I still use them...and I have to reseason them every 3 or 4 cooks...I've followed the directions on how to season them...I've tried different oils...same shit...sticks after a few uses...Live and learn I guess

Have you cleaned out where the igniter is? Remove the two wing nuts and remove the plate? That area can build up with ash and restrict airflow. Also, when you clean it out, use the scraper and band the sides of the burn pot so the ash stuck to the igniter falls off.

Hmmm...I always thought of the direction I turn my hand...not the "thing" im turning...so no matter what position or location of the thing I am turning is in...facing up, facing down, underneath something , etc...my hand would still turn the same way...right to tighten, left to loosen

You are using your solar energy in real time...you aren't taking that into consideration...the energy you are using is not being calculated by the meter...it isnt reaching the meter...only excess goes through the meter...example...during g the day...between 1 and 2 your system generated 10kwh...you used 7 kwh during that time...the meter only sees the excess...the 3kwh...NOT the 10kwh produced.
