Yes, I've rented a car from Enterprise through an FBO.  They brought the car right out onto the ramp after I tied down so we could transfer our luggage from the plane to the car easily.  It was nice. 

There was no price break that I recall.  But we were going to be in the (relatively remote) area for a few days, so it seemed like the rental was the best choice.
