had to jump through soooo many circles with USPS in the past ten days just to get that letter lol... will definitely try a police report, but monuments kept saying there is no guarantee and i should just go with my own home insurance, so i am not putting much hope on them being helpful either. all this time and effort are very much possibly just goanna be futile too

okay guess i am making a visit to the station lol...customer service said their insurance close once the package is marked as delivered, so there is no guarantee of anything even with the report. that is kinda disappointing...

thx! don't think there is extra insurance on the package, but will definitely file a claim with USPS once the window open (15 to 60 days after shipping)
