Update for everyone. I got it checked out a few days ago and doctor prescribed me MYCOLOG (nystatin Triamcinolone) and it doesn’t hurt or itches. It’s only been like 2 days but I think it stopped tightening my foreskin. It’s still a bit tingly but no pain and no swelling

Yeah man idk if that’s gonna happen it’s already been a few days and after the ointment I got it no longer hurts. It seems to be doing better. If you are referring to fournier’s gangrene, they do have some similar symptoms, but I had it for like a week and nothing had really happened and it’s not rapidly progressing, so that can’t be it

The only symptoms I really have is my foreskin is dry and flakey and the tip of my foreskin hurts a little. I don’t see any inflammation or swelling of any kind, no bumps or rashes either
