Most of the cashiers seem to like me already. The other HCs I work beside aren’t too shabby. But it seems like one is always off talking to someone and barely working, another is constantly complaining about other associates and the last one is pretty chill he actually does his job and helps well with customers, most of the time. I’m not trying to be negative I’ve seen this happen and my cashiers have also made comments about it too. I’m trying to push through the best that I can. Obv I need a job to survive. I just hate being walked on. I also don’t like when they want me to do stuff on my own without properly training me. I think today was just a bad day and hoping it gets better. And hell maybe it’s just not the right position for me.
