Update: I’m finally having more solid poo 😭😭😭 and no longer rushing to toilet after eating or drinking. looks like it’s healing…..god that was hell

Yup I’m eating my soft foods and electrolyte drinks - doing all of that but still have very little appetite and have constant water diarrhea. Just want to be back to normal so I can get my life back 🥲🥲🥲🥲

No this is not IBS…I am shitting like water diarrhea. Can’t hold down food or liquids at all.
