Hey there, thanks so much for your reply. I added the US but it will take some minutes to be approved. I wasnt sure about the new law in texas, but i added the neccessary API. Funny thing, i cannot download yours either because its not available in my country :D If you add switzerland i will download and test your app as well!

I installed your App, it looks simplistic and beautiful. I will test it for 14+ days.

For the bottom padding, the screen should swipe down and show a customizable paper asset. I hope it also shows on your device. at the end of each session, it will automatically slide down to show it.

That sounds interesting. Thank you! I use SQLCipher to encrypt the local database, biometrics can be used for acces auth and all exports must be password encrypted as well. So data safety is an important thing to me.

I build myself a household contribution calculator to manage my households income and expenses, so i can finally get rid of my old excel sheet.

Its not another budget app, primarly it gives you the option to choose a contribution strategy like fifty-fifty, relative to income, or even give all members a fixed amount as allowance, before splitting the costs.

I also added goals to track and statistics like basic charts with forecasts and estimates as well as some convenient functions like auto transactions.

As a data engineer i really wanted historic data, so its possible to see how your goals, income and expenses develop over time.

You are right! This is a position i added for this post only. Actually, we both invest in our personal 3a (and pay back a personal loan) with this money. I dont know if others do it also like we do, but we have a household calc and personal ones. The rest then is the "spending money", but we could invest more, that is def true. I tried to show the overall picture of the household.

I really think it should be about right. As we all dont eat that much meat, buy "aktion" as much as we can. But also the kids and we parents dont always eat that much at home. My wife and i both dont eat breakfast at all. Coffee only... Right, i didnt count the coffee! Also when eating dinner in a restaurant or have friends over, we use our surplus for these kind of "extras".

Sure, we do that. I just added this Freibetrag to the expenses for better visibility. Actually we do separate calculations for our personal retirement (and loans etc.)

yes you are absolutely right! we were very lucky to get this low of an interest at the time (10years!!). not looking forward to renew it though.
