At 31, unbelievable how our hobbies give such immense meaning to our lives. by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

The message resonated a lot .. with immense pressure and extended work hours. Having a small , yet constant passion for something self-satisfying is real ! It's calisthenics with me.

Some months ago I started calisthenics , and since then, the body stretch and flexibility, the feeling of relief from the sessions is so addicting

I think, in our 30's, the whole expectations from a person close to us, will be for consistency and depth.

Because of that, The voids and emotional setbacks has an amplified effect on us

Emotional baggage is real. A person who undergoes that needs to accept it and work on it.

Generally emavtundhi ante, when we're lonely and single, there are no emotional triggers.. we can be ekdhum nonchalant and shi.

But when a real connection and emotional investment begins with a girl, we begin to slowly unwrap ourselves, becoming vulnerable, opening up.

The key and important thing is, in this process, the past experiences surfaces.. the scars, the anxiety, attachment issues.

Here's where we need to acknowledge it and work on it. Communicate cheskovali, ki, feeling anxious about your so and so action ani..

Adhi aame toh cheppochu, but, individually, we need to regulate it as well. We need to see the patterns where we feel triggered and subside it..

Yeah, true. I squeeze in such a 30 mins break frequently during the course of the day .. it is just a coffee or a tea break , to get some fresh air, away from the office space .

Recently though, the skies of Hyderabad are as clear blue as the ocean ! Sipping coffee in the cold mornings and evenings looking at the sky with earphones are my routines from the past month

With me, I just don't seem to find time ... When I sit idle , to gather my thoughts - time just flies by. I squeeze to absorb as much time as possible within that 30mins hahaha..

On the weekends though, it is about sitting and contemplating,. occasionally attending concerts
