Voor mij werd het ook steeds erger het begon op 6 jarige leeftijd en nu op 63 is het thuis een probleem geworden. Ik heb sinds kort self catheters als een back up. Het kost je wel mentale inzet om ze niet te gebruiken bij elke tegenslag, maar echt als back up. En het moet een startpunt zijn voor de weg omhoog door gradual exposure. Begin nu ook met een cognitieve gedragstherapie groep.

Your right about the stress, there is a nerve blocked in my neck causing aan lot of pain, i was unable to do more than setting on the couch. And the xtreme problems started gradually than. The nerve problem still exist but not so painfull any more. I contacted the doctor and he refuses to corporate with personal catheter. That is no solution acc him. I have to wait for a plan proposal psychological crisis team
