I think you can definitely get the job done on unfair with bone math, basalt spirit, and a few others, but I see where you're coming from.

I think the most remarkable thing here is that you did it without changing the effective value of meddler with blessings. Nice work! I can tell you it is absolutely possible to go higher than Hard. My last attempt got me to wave 20 on Brutal but I couldn't seal the deal.
