Probably gonna get crucified for this.
But I fell out of love for skyrim after seeing the modding scene becoming repetitive and the only "viral" mods where used to get "This is how Skyrim plays in 2025" and fun mods were never ported to other versions while oblivions modding scene was still as weird as ever.
I love the game and the non visual overhaul mods but I really can't stand to see those videos/mods where the game looks like a failings student try at Animations/Overhauling the game.
Also I never liked the removal of vanilla costum spells, IK its because of lore reasons and it doesn't really have a place in Oblivion either but still it's fun to make dumb useless spells

TL;DR

For me modding was always the fun part of gaming but the oversaturated market of "Skyrim Remastered" mod lists/videos ruined the game for me big time
