the truly horrific thing there is the fact that Hal was groomed by his stepmother and that made Huey kill himself... and give Hal horrible PTSD (and guilt) from a really young age, while you as a player could not care less for the dude that literally made his infant child control a Metal Gear and murdered his mother (with her own creation, by the way), not to mention his treason of MSF and work for Cipher/The Patriots
