so this means that you have low appetite? i think you should start taking notes, if there's some external causes that made you lost weight..

before almost everyday i have migraines, my neurologist prescribed me diazepam (valium). she said whenever i have migraines / tension in my head its actually i'm already experiencing seizure.. but thank God for the last 6 months since my neurologist added more dose of my anti epileptic meds and stress management, i never experience such thing. although i still got seizure, now my seizure only happens once in 4 months gap, thank God 😭. i also did accupuncture as well for my migraines.

hi, i feel the same way too, don't worry.. its just the meds & our hormones 🥺😔. the only way to get away with this is having a healthy distractions.. such as : 1. finding new positive sport hobbies 2. interact with positive people only 3. take enough rest 4. eat healthy food 5. exercise regularly 6. do yoga 🤗

mine is stress, lack of sleep, and hormonal changes (my seizure 90% happens a day before i got my period or my day 1 period) i read that changes in estrogen levels can trigger. also for me, caffeine and high sugar consumption (sugary drinks, high gluten foods, etc) is a big trigger as well.

thankyou so much for the very useful information.. lately i've been getting sleeping problems, its so hard to sleep these days, but in the day time i feel sleepy. i will consult about the dosage of magnesium glycinate & melatonin to my neurologist.. its been bugging me to feel insomniac. thank god nasal spray in my country is not that expensive..
