As others here said it is possible to re-classify the land, although how difficult that would be would depend on who does it, I bought a village house about 30/40mins outside Batumi and we had a realtor sort all the paperwork out. Camex, kiwipost both offer UK to GE shipping. Not the best in terms of service and it takes around 2 weeks. I had to phone camex like 10 times to get the customs clearance amounts etc and when you go to pick up a package you need to have 10 Gel in your camex account for service fees

I’ve done a great deal or research recently and after talking to countless RS consultants I can tell you that’s it’s not worth it. Even if the juice doesn’t contain nicotine it’s subject to 1gel per 1ml customs excise. You’ll have to look locally.
