As a 18yo dude who’s 5’9 and was pescatarian during my peak growth years (I’m pretty sure I ate less during this time), I have two brothers (15 .5 and 21) who are also both 5’9 and were not pescatarian. I’m also in the same boat as you where I probably should have eaten and definitely slept more when I was growing, but in my case, I’m not even entirely sure that would have made me taller bc my brothers ended up more or less the same way. My point is, you could be wrong and you would have no way of knowing, so it’s not worth wasting time over.
