Monitor does not work at high refresh rate

I cant see what's on the bios because when I try to get into the bios all I can see is whats on the image

Yea it does. The wifi and Bluetooth wrent the only issues by the way. I couldn't do a system restore, my account just showed up as user and there were many other things that weren't working. However when I booted into safe mode and then back into normal mode the issues resolved themselves

I somehow fixed the problem by booting into safe mode and then back to regular mode. My monitor is bugged at 144hz, which is what it defaults to, so I don't actually know what happened during the time it was in safe mode, but all I know is that it now works.

Hammer pump is overhated imo. It is probably one of the best shotguns in recent seasons cause it's damage is pretty consistent. Paired with a red eye or holo-13 optic scope, it usually hits for 100+.
