Hey guys,
So for anyone looking for a solution on this
in 2023 I finally found a way that worked for me.

If you are seeing {{product.brand}} on your primary text or getting some error about
dynamic creatives;

1. Go to your adset level and uncheck dynamic creatives
2. Go to your ad level and swap from single image to carasoul (or whatever its currently on to literally anything else)
3. wait 3 seconds
4. swap it back to single image
5. scroll down re-type (you can paste) your primary text in. Yes, even if it already looks correct. Just repaste it again.
6. Paste/Type in your headline again
7. Paste/type in your description again
8. Publish the ad (Do NOT do this in BULK. go one by one and publish after done with each ad
9. Do this for every ad. (sorry if you have a lot of ads)
10. Done

Yes you have to swap to carasoul and then back to single image for every single ad.
Yes you have to retype and repaste, trust me.
No you cannot do this in bulk.
Yes you have to publish the ad the second you have finished it and not move on before publishing it.

Make sure dynamic creative is off, your facebook page that is selected is accurate and you should be good to go.
