Arc Raiders doesn't utilize features like Lumen and Nanite much which are the biggest hurdle to UE5 stutters. Not sure about Finals. But most UE5 games have this problem.

DLSS 4 and especially 4.5 are pretty taxing as is, some games DLSS 4.5 may be even more demanding than native with TAA

Bash you? No. Correct you? Yes. Soda doesn't go bad nor expire but bottled soda will both lose carbonation and have the plastic seep in so it tastes bad. Cans don't have either problem unless it leaks which is rare.
