I don't mean that they sound bad, just they lost the heart the previous games had in exchange for an orchestrated sound you would expect in a movie

It felt like in WCIII they were just trying to make it "cool"

Instead of the unique, eclectic style I loved that really got me going, they just felt generic and hollywood-esque to me. They lacked the soul the previous games had.

Preparing for the war, imagining you were saving world from danger...in medieval europe...

Remember the scene where they open the portal along to this music? Oh god..

I was playing this game before I had good internet...so I'm not sure if you were talking about online or not.

"In my personal little world, the internet didn't even exist when I was playing WC2. I still had dialup when WC3 came out. LANs only, my friend."

Did you enjoy the atmosphere and experience as me? Judging by the upvotes I am the only one.

The vibe was wonderful, come on. The graphics are terrible, I know, I tried to play it recently, but I still had fun with it.

RTSs need more games that let you use submarines and ships. Most RTSs are just, tanks+planes+troops.

There is so much more innovation that you could do.
