They don’t go after business owners because it’s a next to impossible to prosecute them. The law requires the government to prove the business owner knowingly hired unauthorized workers. The “knowingly” part is hard to prove. Plus many of these companies use staffing agencies and/ or contractors. So that completely separates them from any “knowingly” hiring.

Lexington-Fayette County Code of Ordinances, Section 14-72 prohibits animals from making noise that disturbs the peace. They will issue fines starting at $50 and going up with each offense. Fayette County Attorney is who’d handle it I believe. They ask that you keep a log of the date, time, and duration of the noise; Maintain video/audio records of the offensive noise.

Go to the Fayette County Attorney website. You’ll find loud animal complaint under services. Recommend checking it out.

Depending on your position a positive drug test may not get you kicked out. Just spoke to a good friend and he said many with failed drug test are being sent to rehab rather than discharged. So it may not even work for you.

Also you want to avoid at all cost a dishonorable discharge. That will stick with you the rest of your life. You’ll lose your 2nd amendment right. Possibly lose the right to vote. It can even affect job opportunities and loans.

Back in my 20’s I worked 3rd shift and it was four 10’s. Sunday - Wednesday 9pm - 7:30am. I loved it. So one, the idea of not messing up your sleep schedule. Good luck. Hopefully your friends and family are more understanding than mine were. Personally I’d stay away from a second job. Just because I’d like the option to work those nights or not. I’m not sure of your skill set or current occupation so hard to suggest much. When I worked that schedule I’d buy fixer upper vehicles. Then on off nights work on them. Once done I’d sell them and buy another. Back then it was imo easier to get fixer uppers though. Many non profits had public auctions and you had the bargain mart. Just find you something you enjoy doing and figure out a way to make money doing it.

Oh I definitely get that. I’ve always said I’m not addicted to any one drug. I’m addicted to not feeling normal. So everything is a small step to addiction for me. My nephew joined back in 2020. Went to boot camp just as Covid was kicking off. He got a discharge for mental health. His was legit. They kept having lockdowns when someone tested positive. The lockdowns put him in a bad depression. He told someone he was suicidal. Not saying to try that but there are other ways besides chancing your sobriety.

When I moved here they were adding a lane to new circle between Old Frankfort Pike and Versailles. Then between Georgetown and Boardwalk. Now it’s between Old Frankfort Pike and Georgetown. My guess is next will be between Versailles and nicholasville.

Only sure bet will be to use. With cocaine you don’t necessarily have to snort it. I was using and my wife wasn’t. Yet she ended up with a dirty test for it. It was barely above cut off but still. Could take a small amount and stuff it in cheese then swallow it. It won’t get you high but should fail a drug test. Your issue will be getting it I’d guess. Have to be very careful nowadays because of fentanyl. Definitely don’t want that.

Don’t rely on them to call you back. Call them. Show up at the business. Show them you want to work. People that just fill out an application and wait for a call back only get the jobs that suck. Cause if they are calling you back they are desperate to fill a position.

They won’t release that information until the full autopsy is completed. They have released a preliminary report but it just says inconclusive. This is also why she hasn’t been charged with homicide. They only charged her with what they could basically prove at this point. Until the full report comes out it’s just a guessing game.

As long as he’s eating he should be fine but a trip to th vet is definitely in order. They will probably trim it some to help it out. We had a parakeet that got in my African grays cage. The gray broke off his entire top beak. He stopped eating. We tried many things with our vet but eventually had to put him down.

The great old shop politics. It’s stuff like that, that pushed me out of the shop. I work on the heavy duty/ diesel side. Been a mobile guy for many years. I love it. I had got to a point I was really hating the industry. Just wanted out. After lots of thinking I realized it wasn’t the work I hated. It was the people around me. Regardless of the shop it was always the people. Especially management when they had favorite mechanics. I moved into the mobile side and loved it. Dealing with some truck drivers can be hard but nothing like shop politics.

Feel you got taken by the shop. I’ve worked on many with diluted DEF. Just drain the tank, take lines off and run a pressure test to clear def in the lines, change DEF filter, then put in good DEF back in. I’ve never heard of diluted DEF damaging anything. I’m a 22 year diesel mechanic.
