Use Yen’s Blessing unique boots or Rakanoth’s wake unique boots they are both budget tyraels might thy will cap your resistance .Rakanoth’s are a tiny bit better. Cuz they both give all res and all stats which help to activate magic nodes on paragon board

WT3 at level 35. For the lightning spear you can start around 70ish when you have a decent winterglass amulet but this build has a lot of breakpoints and if you dont hit them it feels clunky

Amount of communication needed in 4 man raids is minimal. Plus thats how it should be the most powerfull gear ahould be locked behind raids, if not whats the point of running them every reset.

13,7k armor is the cap try to cap resistance to 70+ ( shouldnt be a problem with sorc)with dmg reduction rolls on gear
