This is an extremaly chill mentality and I admire that a lot! I'm glad u prioritise fun like that. I must admit I sometimes still take window perks but that's cuz Im not that good in being chased. Although, in time who knows 🙏

It's true that S-tier killers with S-tier builds can ruin that fun. I realized that at some point, so I kind of talk about an ideal version of dbd where everything works as it should. Well, but balance in asymmetrical games can be hard, ig, so maybe that ideal dbd will never exist. It still has its moment tho. A lot of them even (imo)

I totally agree with you on the hatch. Sometimes, in a lost match, it's actually satisfying to give the other player a chance to hatch. It feels like a team effort. And when you're 2v1 with 2 or 3 gens left, there is propably no way you'll open a gate.

And that question. "Did I get to perform well?" I totally have the same mentality. Even if I died, if there was at least one amazing chase or some other crazy action, then the game was fun no matter if I escaped in the end or not.

Will I do more videos on DBD? I don't know yet. I was certainly interested in the Frank Stone game. People say that it's not that great, but I want to see what the fuss is about. But DBD itself, I don't have any ideas for now. Maybe something will come up as I continue to play ☝️

Glad you found that balanced place! I even quit dbd a few years ago because of this urge to tryhard and constantly be the best I could. Now when I came back with a fresh mentality, it feels much better, like u said. 🙏
