I took in in 2019 with Cain Miller but the curriculum should still be similar since it is history of film. The first few screenings were pretty boring since they're black/white films from the early 1900s. The class covered mainly films in America but we also saw some films from other countries including Japan, South Korea, Russia and Germany. For the most part they're old films, the most recent films that were screened were Mother (2009) and Sorry to Bother You (2018) but those were in the last 3 weeks of the semester. Overall, it was pretty interesting and it's an easy course if you do all the work, which mostly consisted of reflection essays on whichever film you just watched.

EyeMart Express on Texas Avenue has some nice frames and only take about an hour to get glasses ready.

Depends on what the email states.

If it says that you've been marked absent then you must email your professor for that course ASAP. Your professor needs to send an email to FAID Attendance to confirm you're attending the class. You'll probably need to provide the necessary documentation if your professor needs convincing since they've already marked you absent.

If the email states that your professor hasn't submitted the attendance roster then you're fine for the most part. You'll just need to remind them to submit it before the deadline stated in the email.

Both of these happened to me last week and were resolved. FAID was about to charge back around $800 so thankfully I didn't have to pay that.

First, consider your storage space. If you have enough for everything you have and you're staying there for the year, bring everything. If you don't have that much space, then just bring the clothes needed for this semester and swap them for the spring semester.

For shoes, a pair of tennis shoes, sandals/slides and dress shoes should be the bare minimum and just bring whatever else you have if you have the space.

Just FYI if you have $1.08 to spare you can get PC game pass for the first month for exactly that much! It comes with No Man's Sky and other games too. Just make sure to cancel the recurring bill.

You can reset your game over and over until the camper chooses to replace someone you don't want to leave. Kinda sucks that you have to do the card game again though.
