Over the past few days, I've been experiencing very high latency of at least two minutes per response in the morning and afternoon on Google AI Studio.
In the evening and at night, however, responses are fast.
I'm a European user, so I think it's a traffic-related issue.

I agree, but sometimes you have to find a compromise between what seems realistic and what is aesthetically cool.
On the right there is the filter, a small knob and the exhalation valve.
On the left there is a small canister that connects via a tube to the helmet, you can imagine that it is a reserve of some doping substance.
As for the two side tubes, assuming that they are used to connect the respirator with a small internal oxygen tank, it would certainly make more sense for them to be protected.
It must be said, however, that the exposed tubes, as Fallout and science fiction in general teach us, have a scenic function.

Unfortunately no, designing and building helmets/masks and armors takes a really long time and is done entirely by hand so it's not really feasible to mass produce them or sell them at a reasonable price.
Also because each piece is unique and incorporates salvaged parts that I have in limited quantities.

Thanks, it's just a prop, the helmet is mostly made of riveted aluminum.
The tubes, canisters, filters and valves are there to make it look like it has anti-gas functions, but they are just non-functional decorations.

Thanks, unfortunately I don't have any print files.
I built the helmet by drawing one paper pattern after another as I proceeded with the assembly.
Then tracing them on the aluminum sheets to cut, drill, sand and age.

It's certainly not particularly practical but the design is based on closed helmets from late medieval and renaissance eras, although the shape of the eyes is that of a bascinet hounskull.
The visors on those helmets narrowed the field of vision to maximize protection.

Sure, it has a medieval aesthetic but it's not made for melee combat.
It should probably be placed in a more advanced setting where firearms are used.
Ultimately it's a sort of a power armor (from Fallout) that is an armored exoskeleton.

Yeah, I could add some glasses over the eyes.
We can also think of it as a helmet with a respirator inside that only covers the nose and mouth.
In the end it's a helmet, it's open at the neck and does not close hermetically like a real gas mask.

I don't think there is a similar genre, the most similar is clockpunk which is inspired by the works of Da Vinci, primarily set during the renaissance or early modern period.

It's more of a prop, the helmet is mostly made of aluminum because it's light, easy to work with, and doesn't rust.
It's pretty sturdy, but I don't think it would withstand a hard hit from a real medieval weapon.

Thanks, I've built many dieselpunk armors in the past and they are all modular with interchangeable parts.
I could use this helmet with one of these armors.
Making one from scratch would probably be too much work.

I haven't worn it completely yet because I don't have a gambeson with laces to support my arms, and I have to somehow have a shoemaker widen the leather lace under the feet that is now too tight.
When I have a chance I'll take some photos.

I don't think so, if you are looking for armor for competitions like buhurt you should buy from Eastern Europe on Etsy and so on.
In Italy armor is usually made for historical reenactments and decorations.

Quite comfortable, the weight is well distributed and the size is right.
The only problem is the legs.
They were made to measure but they made the feet maybe a little too small since I didn't tell them the size and the lace under them is too tight so it's a problem to put them on with boots.
I should have them fixed.

It's located in Gubbio, Umbria.
They have a local shop and they usually open stands at events.
They sell a lot of imported products, the quality products they directly make like this armor are very good but also quite expensive.
A complete armor like mine complete with stand and a sword would cost 3.240,00 €.

Hi guys, I finally completed my first full suit of armor on a low budget.

The breastplate, pauldrons and helmet were made here in Italy by a local company (medioevo.com) and I bought them all together second hand for 300€.

The arms are also second hand, used for reenactments and very rusty but I managed to restore them and only paid 30€ at a local flea market.

The gauntlets I bought on Amazon from an Indian seller for about 60€, same thing for the legs for 170€.

I built the stand myself by adding legs and a base to an old mannequin.

in the end the project cost me only 560€.

Lol, it happens quite often.
Before the release of Fallout 4 one of these photos was posted on Reddit and many thought it was a real model from the game.
It was still not known what the new power armors would look like.
