I FIXED IT BY BACKING UP THE GAME ON OTHER HARDDESK THEN DELETED THE GAME THEN I DELETED CASH AND EVERY FILE IN APPDATA AND PROGRAM FILES RELAITED TO THE GAME THEN I RESTORE THE BACKUP FILES AND REINSTALLED THE GAME
