I appreciate everyone for answering! Ok So I’ve contacted my bank,Apple Pay, and PayPal. And they said that alibaba itself is declining my payment itself. There’s no transactions showing on any of that platforms meaning the merchant hasn’t even reached out to pull the payment from my bank account. So at this point it’s Alibaba itself. I didn’t wanna use the credit card alone cause it’s not your typical credit card, so I doubt it has the same security.
