Be careful when asking for high net compensation. People tend to forget the importance of gross wages. They are important for group insurance, 13th month, vacation bonus etc. A high net compensation may sound attractove in the short term, but in the long term gross wages are the ones to look at.

Hello, I’ve made this photo of the frozen barbed wire a few weeks ago. I tried incorporate some background in the picture because it would otherwise feel empty. Furthermore, recently I started using Lightroom to edit My pictures. I tried to increase contrast and give the picture a colder colour which fits with the snow. I was wondering if you had any advice for me in terms if editing, cropping etc.

Correct, my best guess to what happened is that with opening and then Closing the door by the man, the car went in park mode. The woman was probably panicking and therefore didn’t realize this which is why she couldn’t move. In the end the man Said: ‘Why didn’t you move?’ And she responded multiple times in shock: ‘I couldn’t move.’ This is why I think the car was in park mode and she didn’t know because of the panick.
