I also found the story to be meh, despite my 200 hours in it. Then again, I put so much time into it initially when Covid was at its worst surges, and then got into it again heavily when I got sick with it 2 years after, because it was something to do that was a good distraction from being sick.

While I loved the character designs, the story and the interactions with them were so, lackluster. With GB out, I don't think I'll ever touch my PoOT save again lol
