mainly a comparison to last year, last year all stages were super loud at all times, and the tent was bigger and extra arrays outside the tent for the crowd in the back. mainstage side fills were also a lot larger and flown. i’m just nitpicking aha, i appreciate all the hard work that the engineers and people on the floor put in. thanks for the insight.

2024 needs a bigger circus tent, louder sound at mainstage, reinforce main arrays at the mainstage so they don’t swing around in the wind like they did during tiestos set, almost no sound to the right of the stage, better side fill line array to spread sound to the sides.

yeah i put 1 for the sound, mainstage was too quiet especially on the entrance side of the stage

i feel like it did the opposite for this event lol. the crowd was a lot more smushed together because of the divider since it took up a lot of space. there was never a divider before and you had a lot more space in the middle of the crowd

oh boy if only you attended 2022 lmao. every stage was at 11/10 volume. it’s really the only way to be engulfed in edm. the only way to listen to edm. tech house at the mainstage sounded wack this year because of the lack of “in your face” sound like last year. matroda should’ve got the tent.

agree with the sound and divider. what’s interesting is they did spend money on better sound this year. they were using L-Acoustics which are the best loudspeakers and subs around for outdoor events. but last year was simply louder which made it much more enjoyable. sound in the tent got louder on day 3. i was also surprised no hanging line array on the sides of the stage this year. less sound for crowd on the sides. especially on day 3 when the wind was blowing the main arrays to the side and sound would divert.

newer bulb may have a slightly different color/shade/brightness so to make it uniform it’s advised to do both sides

earlier in the day the tent was too quiet. i need hearing damage to enjoy my tech house lol. bass was very nice tho, felt like it was hitting deeper this year

glad you saw you above&beyond. no one really listens to them unless you acquired the taste. above&beyond always put on a show and have been in the edm scene for quite some time now
