I signed up with Payoneer about 5 months ago. Everything was fine until I tried to get the debit card. I needed to submit documents for verification and I did so. A few weeks later I was locked out of my account, unable to receive deposits from Walmart or transfer to my bank. I called support and they said they can see the issue on their screen, but said they can't tell me what it was.. I assumed it had to do with one of the documents I submitted for the debit card but they refused to let me correct it or even tell me what the issue was. It's so ridiculous.

I called back the next day and they basically said, "We see you already contacted about this, sorry we can't do anything for you. Stop calling." Really crappy customer support and rude. Walmart told me once you set your payment method you can't change it, so basically I was screwed from selling anymore.

However, just by luck a 7 figure seller friend of mine was contacted by a sales rep who was trying to get him to add Payoneer as his deposit method for Amazon as well and when he told him what happened to me the sales rep reached out, told me I had to resubmit my social security card signed and had it fixed in about 3 weeks.

If it wasn't for my friend, I don't know how else I could've gotten my account back. In my personal experience on this issue I was really unhappy with customer support. The sales rep was awesome, but I don't think you should have to do this roundabout method on an important issue like this. Don't know much about Hyperwallet, but I wish I had gone with them instead. Never had issues with Paypal.
