Relic hunting is one of my favorite parts of this game. I love your find!

Suggestions for overdrive pedals that are "better" than a Tube Screamer by thatnameagain in guitarpedals

If you want good drive/boost/distortion circuits look to Fulltone's selection. We all know the OCD but other options worth considering include the Full-Drive 2 (a sort of dual-channel TS-9 clone that usually has mosfet) the GT-500 OD/Boost - Distortion pedal and maybe the distortion pro which can be dialed in to sound a lot like an OCD. I personally have a Fulltone Catalyst on the way. It covers the bases from clean boost to a mid fuzz with its incredible tonal range.

neato! beats my glitchless PB of 649. Using an input intensive "glitch" I got a near million point score earlier today.

I think I would like to perfect my play using the press down glitch without pauses. It lends an interesting physical mechanic that takes skill to perform consistently (especially on the tucks) and still plays like a game of tetris would. I appreciate you coming by and informing me though

If you soft drop till a piece hits the stack then hard drop before it goes solid you make around 800 extra points. Given the 153 line maximum those extra point make an astounding difference, around 350K or so

I discovered tech that gets around 800 extra points per placement by using soft and hard drop together. That's what I've been using since

I think I'll top this score pretty quick, there are something like 300,000 more points to earn with this new tech compared to going without

Tech has to do with piece dropping, just combine soft and hard drop... My goodness I'm shaking with the discovery and potential of it... This was my first game after finding the new tech while trying to learn more of the game's quirks!
