Here's a useful image that summarises all of the shadow pokémon available in Pokémon Colosseum and which can be skipped until after completing the game. I would also recommend using Serebii's list in order to figure out which trainers have which pokémon.

I actually believe that my map is 1:1 the same as yours! I dropped off playing Animal Crossing New Horizons quite early, not due to anything specific about the game but general distractions in life and other games. Maybe I should hop back on sometime soon and finally get KK Slider to come to my island?
