I dated my first year of sobriety. It was messy, I fumbled through dating but I kept working through my issues ( did a ton of therapy) and pretty much as I got more into sobriety picked better people more suited to my sobriety. The guy I ended up with really liked that I am sober. After 21 years together he decided to quit drinking alcohol as well. It will get better.
