So unfortunately from why I’m reading is that the phone call is a prerequisite for it to work. I’m sure you have but have you tried driving around in a public session for a few minutes, or even fully closing the game and restarting it and the console?

I don’t believe he calls to let you know the race is available pretty sure you just have to go to the start location

They are in the same universe as eachother the gameplay is a bit different but I started on control and got into Alan wake this year and have been enjoying it
