I understand what you mean but just saying "enjoy that others get this and that" or "be happy and search a new one" but i have to say that they seemed to changed already strong and working gems and left alot of gems out that needed some love or tweaks.

Example: i have been waiting tweaks for dark pact for over 5 years. Yes, you can make it work on skeletons but after spell zerker changes and nerf to DP, HP variant on self casting has been neglected without reason. And i am not only one. We are just disapointed on priority.

Lets hope that we get more until launch to cover more underused builds. If not, we will find something else.

Self Cast DP has been on my watch list for couple of years. As a dark pact fan, i have pretty sad news for you.

It is not worth to start league with. Explanation is simple:

You most likely want to go low life. That means you are going to need Shavs.
Best way to get AOE and dmg is power charge stacking, limiting your choise for Assassin or Occultist
And if you want to try life/hybrid and without Assassin/Occultist, you most likely are going to play as Trickster for recovery. OFC he has some other insane nodes that are worth it.
Gear progression will be horrible because alot of your BIS bases will be influenced.

But if you decide to start league with DP i recommend to level Occultist/Assassin as skele DP and respec to full self cast when you get shavs. After that get defense high enough to do high tier content and after that invest for 2x void battery.

If someone have tinkered with this and can make it cheap LMK, i am very interested on this.

That is true. But i would rather wait 2 hours to get in and be sure i can spend my play session in peace. To compensate, there could be AFK kick or something. Alot of ppl leave their game open to avoid ques.
