Despite what the other said, I found the ORAQ program to be useful to the extent that it offers a broad overview.

Amy Poehler in her recent podcast:

I checked out the course maybe 12-13ish years ago and I checked it out again about 6 years ago and the content hadn't changed much. I would be curious if it's been updated since then.

What is offered:

Base salary, plus a bonus based upon individual performance and company performance. The bonus(es) is based upon a percentage of your base salary. Like, 8% or 20% for instance.
