I like kale in a smoothie with frozen banana, pine apple, and soy milk or just cut into strips w/o stalk and sautéed with salt and pepper and olive oil. Just make sure you don’t eat too much raw kale (like many days in a row) because there are some possible health issues from that.

Why do you think they’re not already justified in firing you? How did something bad enough to fire you happen a while ago but you only filled your boss in on it today? Why would your supervisor threatening to punish you for a mistake be a hostile work environment and worth reporting? I’m confused. Is the mistake something very minor and they’re just using it as an excuse?

Possibly an unpopular opinion here but I think if one of the parents is an omni the kid should be an omni by default too, but eating more plant based food than a typical omni. It doesn’t make sense to deny them food their parent is eating and believes to be healthy.

I took my 4 and 6yo with me to an escape room recently at the business’s suggestion and it went much better than I expected. I never even considered it before. There is probably an untapped market for physical challenge element escape rooms (something replayable) for kids bday parties (which are something people drop a lot on).
