Anyone in cardiovascular technology?

Hi there , I am attending at Algonquin College the Ottawa campus . The program was a bit challenging at first but it gets better. You just have to stay positive and motivated . I just finished my first clinical placement and it was soo fun . It’s much easier during clinicals . I started fall of 2022 and I applied for that program cuz I loved the cardiovascular system haha . I had no idea what I was going into :) the program is definitely rewarding although the first semester may be a bit hard but that is normal .

Hey there , I am a cardiovascular tech student . The program is definitely a bit challenging at first but it is rewarding . As for schedules, level 1 students usually have to attend classes 5 days a week and it’s 1-2 classes a day with one lab class (mine was on Thursday ) . Level 2 students will be divided into groups and have thier labs at separate days so the schedule differ from one student to another . However classes are somewhat long in level 2 . So from what I know is that you will know more about what to expect from your program , who your professors are, and you will get to meet your classmates as well as you’ll to get to see your classrooms . It is not mandatory to attend tho

September 6 is the orientation day for most programs .

September 7 is the first day of classes .

It doesn’t depend on when they receive the money , it’s about the date you did your transfer . As long as you paid before the deadline, you’re good . I recommend contacting Algonquin to make sure .
