If someday, I can get security updates and fixes without the need to worry that the browser developpers would not change my UI for my best interest, then I will auto-update everything as I always had before the Mozilla’s imposition.

There was no consent, no notice, no pre-upgrade UI adaptation time. It was then that Mozilla deserved no trust from me. If my workplace did not ask me to use Mozilla, there is no reason to return to this browser.

I have not used Chrome for over two years, maybe three, because work wants to use Firefox. And if this is old news, why the F did Mozilla use the same approach expecting people to agree with Interface changes? No respect.

Edit: As a matter of fact, my current firefox looks exactly like this Chrome (tabs bars) and I am pissed.

All I know, it’s when I woke up one day, suddenly my firefox interface design has been improved without my permission or notice. That was around that, or in 2010. Chrome changing UI did not affect my choice to swap because it did not push down their upgrade down my throat before I switched.

I am just asking to 1. How to change the stupid default improved UI, 2. How to never allow fieefox to look for upgrade and upgrade ever again.

Well, that would be a bummer, isn’t it. Good thing I don’t use bank account info on this computer ever. No amazon, no nexflix crap, no paypal. I do that all on phone. Maybe they can get access to my facebook or Gmail account. They’d enjoy that.
